In 1960, TGB started to produce OEM “Vespa” for Italian Piaggio. With this high level experience it allowed TGB to develop their techniques and manufacturing knowledge and thus have been manufacturing scooters now for over 40 years.

During the 1990`s TGB decided that they wanted to expand their product range and offer ATVs. TGB researched and developed new products using their own technologies and fast became one of the leading distributors in the world.  The products that TGB have offered are renowned for offering the highest level of technologies along with the highest level of customer support and satisfaction.

Research and Development

TGB knows the value of and the large importance of research and development. With this in mind TGB continue to invest heavily in new products, services and technologies.

Inside the R&D department, TGB have their own design centre in which the entire ATV is designed. This design process starts from the frame and then engine and finally the overall outlooking of the ATV. Many other manufacturers outsource this type of development and design but TGB do it all in house.

Quality Assurance Department

To achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction TGB control and modify all products that leave the production line.. Every vehicle is tested before it is then packed for distribution. We have vehicle and spare parts inspection centres to ensure the quality and safety of everything used.  When the vehicles are in the development stages, prior to mass production hundreds of hours of tests by man and machine are carried out.

TGB have established a comprehensive quality assurance system that allows the company to meet all of the requirements of the ISO 9001:2008 quality assurance standard. Also, TGB have certificated the EPA standard in US and EC in Europe. Furthermore, they have received the Taiwan Excellent Award to prove to the world that TGB are a leading brand from Taiwan.
